Worse customer services and membership plan. To let you know that I am deaf. I asked it for a month of using gym because I am college student and only need a temporary of one month using gym. Basically, I am on summer break. They said they cannot, but they can cancel it after second month which I was okay with it. However, before second month, I tried to e-mail to customer services to cancel the plan at first. They never answer me back for a week… So my family called it and told us that I have to send a letter to department of financial which I did. I wait for like nearly 2 weeks and got it in really late notify. While at that time, I was charge for it. My family decided to call the department of financial again and asked for a refund. They said by my contact that I must pay the second month. I was sort upset, but end up accept with it. They also will cancel it soon. BUT guess what happen next? They charged me again in THIRD month. I thought they did cancel it. Now I’m very upset and disappointment. I hope I could get my money back and did not want to write a letter again. I don’t know why I have to write a letter and send to financial. Funny thing is that they never told me it has student memberships?! Wow what a surprise… Never ever go there again. The interior gym was okay… Not sure if they have air conditioning. The weight equipment was on the floor. They didn’t put them back where they belong to. I would say that it RIPPED me off…

I wish I could give it negative stars!!!! I called in advance and asked if I could come in and check out the facility as I am moving from modesto. A day pass means free. If they just told me on the phone that I would have to pay i would come prepared. Unfortunately they didnt and I had to ruin my whole day because of that. This Bradford guy was extremely rude and threatful...he tried to scare me at first but when I was arguing back he called his "manager" and started talking rubbish about me. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I cant believe they hire crazy maniacs like him! I really hope they get out of business. Its not about the money its about the way they lie to get people in to scare them into giving them money. No customer service and they definitely dont interview before hiring anyone. I need CEOs number thats how upset they have made me.

This place has a quality amount of machines therefore the two stars, except everything else about the place is horrid. If your only there to work out and get it over with its not too shabby unless you need to use half of the equipment. Then your out of luck because it spends most of its time broken. Also dont plan on going without calling ahead. They love to screw with their customers and close whenever they feel the need to save a couple bucks on electricity. So if you enjoy working out or want to learn more about working out. Go to a place more welcoming and a place that doesnt pick their own hours weekly.

this fitness is super dirty, the employes super impolite, really bad service, not safety, poor quality equipments, when i want to cancel my membership, they did not do it and being so mean to talk to me, hang up the phone, and did not close membership for me, still taking money from my bank account

If I can give this place zero star I will. WORST services ever and also hard to cancel the membership. I thought that I cancel it last year and it turned out that they still charging me. Got so pissed and damn angry

Its okay for the price I pay my only problem is that the place always opens late, it says it opens at 4:30 on weekdays and sometimes they dont open it till 5:00am specially saturdays they are always late.

Its a great gym. It doesnt get crowded. They have a variety of exercise equipment. The group classes are wonderful. My favorite is the sauna and the hydro-massage beds. Definitely recommend
