I was recommended to go here by my neighbor and brother that I have known for over 20 years! I find this cleaners to be very friendly,honest and efficient! I was called and asked about soil on a few shirts. I have a a few that have some prior issues,they were able to get a few out that had not been previously removed! Son,Mom and Dad are always very helpful,and I sometimes stay and talk about things other than cleaning. I have never done that before,but when you are comfortable doing business with someone,thats how it is! They also use equipment which is in excellent condition,and environmentally friendly as well! The prices are very fair,and certain items I have found I dont have to clean as much now! You all should give them a try,I am happy with the service that I receive!

I agree with Gary. I did live in San Jose near Santa Row. I took my suits and ties to My Cleaners several times. Once after a party I had several stains on a good,expensive suit. They were able to successfully remove the stains though it took them several tries. I was very happy with the results and they always have let me know if certain stains are going to take more effort or cant be done. I dont know about the equipment or chemicals used - so I leave that to the experts. I felt the costs were reasonable, the job was well done, and the people were friendly. It seemed the business is family owned and operated, which is also a plus.

If I can give them zero star, Id do that! The owner specially the young boy (I think he is the owners son) was so rude! Im sure he needs to see a doctor. I gave them a shirt for dry-clean. After a day he called me that your shirt has some problems. I didnt get what he said on the phone so I asked him not to clean it until I get there and see it. But after I went there and saw the shirt that has a little tear on it (it was no big deal for me), he started talking so rude and called me an idiot !!!!! What the hell happened to these people ???

Ive been going to My Cleaners weekly for over 15 years. It is a family owned business and the owners are always friendly and courteous. I have always been pleased with the service, price, and quality of work. In fact on occasions when I need same day service if I need to go on a trip they have always taken care of me. I would highly recommend My Cleaners for your laundry and dry cleaning needs.
