In my opinion, they are incompetent, non-responsive and untrustworthy. I would think twice about trusting them with valuable items. I took my mattress cover to Hacienda Cleaners for dry cleaning. I specified that the item must be dry-cleaned and line-dried. After repeated excuses as to why the item was taking so long, they finally informed me that they regular washed the item and it had shrunk beyond repair. This was a $650 mattress cover, and they have refused to compensate me for the loss or return phone calls. I have to resort to small claims court to recoup my losses.

Great service. Stands by their work and will make good on any issues. Only complaint is the price tends to change for the same items based on the whim of the person entering your order.

I just started going to Hacienda cleaners and I love it! The service is friendly and timely. For Dublin residents, this is a convenient location. Would recommend to friends and family.
