I took my coat on a Saturday and they said would be ready on Wednesday, I forgot about it and went Friday morning, lady could not find my coat and she said she needed more time to find, I was leaving out of town and needed it, after 10minutes of waiting she kept on telling me if I could come back, what part of im headind out of town did she not understand......I had to leave without my coat :( my favorite coat and she didnt seem to think it was a big deal. Well I came back Monday and still did not find my coat, she gave me a check for a ridiculous amount. Never going back there, she treated it like it was not a big deal.

I have used Master Cleaners for years and am always greeted with a smile and my clothes always come out great they even fix small things as they notice them like a loose button in the days of fast and furious this business still prides themselves in customer service.
