FANTASTIC experience! I bought a used bridesmaid dress online. You get what you pay for when you buy sight unseen. Dress had stains, was ripped, and was like 3 sizes too big. A very sweet, older Hispanic lady did my alterations and they were spot on! I wish I had caught her name. Less than a week later I came back and the dress was beautifully cleaned, altered and the rip was mended back so that you couldnt even tell it had happened. All of this was for only $45!! Highly impressed. Im searching my closet for more alterations to send over! Im also sending my sister with her actual wedding dress on Sunday.

Im not sure who was making alterations on my white pants that day but they obviously did not know (or care about) what they were doing. Taking up the bottom of a pair of pants should be a very easy task to do correctly, but the bottom of each leg was curved in an inconsistent and asymmetrical manner. I used to take my pants to a tailor but after I moved I decided to try this place after reading their Yelp reviews. I guess you get what you pay for, so I will be returning to my tailor.

I had things cleaned, mended, and everything was less than $100 when I clearly expected the bill to be at least $100 if not $200 - $300.
