Completely destroyed my expensive drapes. First, the clerk makes me wait for a customer who came in AFTER I did. I waited until that customer paid and left, wondering what made him more important. Then I found out the answer. When they had cleaned the drapes, the rubber backing on the drapes had stuck to each other, and when they had separated them again, the lining was now shredded. These drapes were top quality, and in great shape. If there was some problem with their dry cleaning chemicals attacking the lining, I would expect them to know that (what, was this their first set of drapes they have cleaned?). Finally, the attendant didnt even give me the courtesy of an apology for destroying my VERY EXPENSIVE drapes. I am DONE with this establishment. As in PERMANENTLY. Scott

I brought my expensive leather handbag to clean, and it was totally ruined, came out as hard as a rock, lady who did the cleaning was extremely rude and obnoxious, she charged me $50 and said that if I did not want my bag ruined, I should not have come there, apparently she warned me before cleaning my bag. Thanks to the other man who was working there he made her give me my money back, but my bag is not what it was. So they might do a good job cleaning clothes, but not leather goods.

Repaired a Hole in the leather on the Arm of my Lazy Boy recliner!!! Excellent repair better than I thought possible!!! They gave me a quote on line with pictures I sent!!! They we prompt on time and very Professional!!! Great Value!!! I Recommend them highly!!! PS: Ann is very Honest!!! I asked her to paint the leather steering wheel on my Expedition and she told me she could but it would come off and wasnt worth doing!!!

It was the worst experience, the staff is extremely rude in every way. I wanted my pants a little bit longer, and the result was very unprofessional. There were holes and threads coming out of my pants. There was also stains they had forgotten to clean. So i decided to go back and request they would clean it but they refused and finally they gave me a refund. They were the absolutely horrid.

Our silhouette blinds were in bad shape. Stained, bugs flew in between the layers. They were so bad that we thought we would have to buy new ones--which we didnt really have the money for. My husband heard about Cleaners to Your Door so we called them. I was so impressed with their work! They were able to take stains out and clean them so thoroughly that they looked brand new!

My Hunter Douglas window coverings, after 6 1/2 years, all had some problem. The woman technician that came was amazing!! She left with the blinds working better than when originally installed. Will definitely use them again.

Fixed the between the glass door blinds on my Pella Sliding Door. While Pella Company even refuses to answer calls for repairs, these guys were courteous, primpt, cheap, and professional.

I thought I had a broken cord but the worker found out that a c clamp had popped off. He repaired it quickly and charged less than the original quote. Will definitely use them again!
