This review is on the two times I visited this establishment. The first time I went here to get a pair of pants hemmed the lady charges me 18$ when the sign on the door say 8.99.. ignoring this i proceeded to accept and just get my pants hemmed with no hassle but the clerk then asks me " would you like the special hemming for 19.99?" I asked whats the difference and she begins to smirk and cant tell me the difference. She knew i caught her trying to scam me and drops the conversation and repeats the previous pricing i pay and no longer problems occur except for the exponentially long wait time. The second time i visit here the lady over charges me again the SAME lady... i get charged 12.99 a different price then the first time... when i ask about the 8.99 charge that clearly says "jeans" underneath she says no jeans are 12.99 and dress pants are 8.99... I proceed to pay the fee and go about my day. The next day i was looking at the ticket she gave me and it would take over a week for me to get 1 time back, I return to the store and ask for a refund and she says NO. I ask for the pants back she says NO. when i ask why she tells me they are not here and i then ask for them to be returned for pick up tomorrow and i would take my business else where she tells me NO. Today the day scheduled i went to pick up my item when the store opens i ask the same lady for my pants and without looking to see if they were in the store she looks at me and smirks saying " sorry u have to come back after 2pm" When i asked why she couldnt get an answer. I also found out they get all the shipments for the next day pickups the night before that gets delivered in a van so basically the lady just didnt want to give me my item... I actually published this review thinking id have my property in my possession with no more issues but when i go back to get them 2pm when i was promised the lady tells me to come back at 3pm..

I only went here because I saw a coupon on the back of a grocery receipt. I dropped off three shirts to be washed and pressed. Then I saw these reviews and started to worry. When I went to pick them up there was no one there. I checked the hours and it was supposed to be open. I came back a few hours later and picked up my shirts. One of the shirts was not pressed correctly around the collar. Besides those two annoyances it wasnt as bad as I feared.

Unethical and horrible customer service. They damage clothing and try to tell you that you gave them damaged clothes even though their clerk clearly checked the them at the time we bought them in. The manager Minani is rude, and the Owner Mike takes no responsibility for his business and will not allow his contact number to be given and will not return any calls himself.

I loved this place, I brought in 20 shirts to be pressed and laundered and as soon I walked into the store, the cashier/store manager Jassi greeted me with a welcoming smile. I gave my shirts to Jassi and got them back IN 2 DAYS. I love this place and will come back whenever I need my clothes cleaned

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! My off white jacket has a pink tone to it after having it dry cleaned at savings cleaners in Dublin. This place is garbage!!
