I had a wedding to go to today, clothes were not done on time waited 40 min. Then my dress shirt had small small dots of black oil. I cleaned them off with water at home. Also my shirt was winkled still after paying for medium starch. Not happy at all. Besides that the price was way out of line. normal cleaners not in a rich white neighborhood is about $250-350 a dress shirt, well I just paid $18 for 2 shirts and a tie. WTF! People are dumb enough to pay then I guess they can get away with it.

I have used Elite since I moved into the area in 2006. I have had alterations, difficult-to-clean items like suede, and white suits done here. All have been impeccable. I recently moved out of the area and still make the drive to get my dry cleaning done here.

I have been a patron of these cleaners for years. I have always had good service. Dont forget that you get what you pay for. My clothes have always been impecable.
