I recently changed my cleaners based on a friends recommendation. My previous dry cleaner did okay, but I was never quite satisfied with the quality of their work. The stains were left untreated and peculiar odor could be smelled. I just never felt that my clothes were "cleaned". Common explanation was that they simply couldnt remove the stains or that smell is particular to dry cleaning process. My biggest frustration was the stain on my husbands shirt collars. I even washed the shirts or treated the collar with commercially available stain remover before taking them to the cleaner. I was never told that such body oil stain needs to be chemically treated and dry cleaned or that dark-colored shirts are better to be hand-pressed to avoid the color loss and "shining" affect after machine pressing. The gentleman (owner or manager?) is the first person who ever explained stuff like this to me. I always thought that yellows neck collar or shining on the darker shirts were normal. Now I know that it is not. I did not know that laundry shirts need to be dry cleaned to remove certain types of stain or hand-pressing costs more than machine-pressing. Fashion Cleaners is professional and knowledgeable outfit. They know how to properly treat clothes based on type and condition instead of just going through the motion. It is more expensive than my previous cleaners. However, it is worth the extra cost. My clothes feel "cleaner" without any peculiar odor. The stains are removed. My husband is also happier with the improvement in both cleanliness and pressing quality of his dress shirts. I am definitely sticking with Fashion Cleaners from now on.

I was so Impressed with this cleaners. I brought in a party dress of my young daughters she had worn once and spilled on the white top of the dress. I took it to my usual cleaners and they told me it couldnt be cleaned becuase the top part was white and the rest of the dress was navy and I was told the colors would bleed. I was very frustrated becuase I had spent a good amount of money on the dress and why would they make a childrens party dress that was not able to be cleaned. I then decided to take the dress to Fashion Cleaners becuase I wasnt satisfied with the idea that the dress could not be cleaned. They told me they could clean the dress no problem. I picked the dress up the next day, the stain was gone and there was no problem with the colors bleeding. They even reinforced a few rhinestones that had been loose. I would HIGHLY recommend this cleaners. They provide quality service and the staff was very knowledgable. I have since switched to Fashion Cleaners as my regular cleaners and have continuously been impressed with their ability to remove stains and their service overall.

MY job requires me to be outside most of the time. I also dont find times to clean my work jackets regularly. I took my work jacket to a cleaner hoping that they can clean it up somewhat and make it presentable. When i picked it up, I did not notice much improvement in the cleanliness or looks.Majority of ink and oil stains were still there.While i was not expecting my jacket to look brand-new, I expected some difference.After my disappointment a friend recommended me to Fashion Cleaners. What a difference this time. my North Dace jacket looked so much cleaner.Many of oil,ink and dirt stain were simply gone. It amazes me how two cleaners can produce such different results.I Highly recommend Fashion Cleaners.

LOVED their service! I had a wedding dress that was laying after the wedding in my closet for 8 years without being cleaned and it started to get yellow spots, so I finally decided to take it to the cleaners, and I was very hesitant to pay for the cleaning, as I and even staff members were not sure if the 8-year old stains will come out. Today, I had to review my cleaned dress before they put it in the box and it was Perfect, looked so white and like new, all the stains came out. I was very pleased. The price was high though for the wedding dress cleaning, but I havent compared much with other cleaners, but at the end it was worth the money!

I needed somewhere to clean my clothes on Saturday before my flight. I called all of the nearest cleaners but none of them said they could get my clothes cleaned later that same day. I found out that Fashion Cleaners was the only place that would accept my clothes, so I dropped them off in the morning and I picked them up later that night. There was no extra charge, either! I was very impressed with the quality of the service, and I had clean clothes right before my flight. This cleaners is perfect for those who need their clothes done within the same day.

Lawrence Lim is a horrible to work with, and this dry cleanign service is the worst. Do not use them. They dont clean your clothes properly, and then he argues with you. My husbands jacket needed to be recleaned, and it still wasnt clean the second time. I took it somewhere else to get it cleaned, they had no problem. I told Lawrence, and he argued with me, told me that didnt make sense.But before this happened, he told me hes no longer honoring the coupon book I purchased for this dry cleaners. Terrible.

I have been using Fashion Cleaners for about a year. It is my pleasure to say they are simply the best cleaners in the area. Lawrence Lim and his team are true professionals who understand the concept of customer service. I use their pick-up and delivery service which is so convenient. The driver is friendly and professional. I have tried several cleaners in the 6 years that I have livd here and can safely say they are the best at what they do and will be my cleaners for life! Do Not use this place the owner Lawrence Lim rubbed my granddaughters formal gown and told her that it was his fault he was careless and is now refusing to pay for a replacement
