I hesitate to write a negative review of any business as I have been a business owner myself, but Flair has very poor customer service. They ruined the buttons on a nice dress I brought in for dry cleaning. They noted on the pick up tag "buttons already broken" which was a bold face lie. The dress was new and worn only once. I asked them if they would reimburse me for the buttons (about $35 to replace) and they said no. I then suggested that I would be satisfied to just not pay for the cleaning (a $22 charge). The clerk went to get the manager, and all he was willing to do was to sew on new buttons if I purchased them and brought them in. Seriously, I can do that myself! I wont be back to Flair Custom Cleaners, there are many more options in Chico.

Ive been bringing my clothes here for years. They do a great job, have sewn and washed my shirts/pants and are always pleasant.
