I took 2 pillows to be dry cleaned as they advertised on their door. When I returned to pick them up the attendant said I would have to talk to her boss. Then I saw my pillows in the back totally shredded with the stuffing coming out. The owner approached me and said the pillows had come apart and were ruined. I tried to be understanding and then the owner said that I was lucky that I didnt have to pay a cleaning fee. There was no offer for a free dry cleaning or any recourse. It cost me $80.00 for new pillows. Cold hearted business practice. will continue to do business with this company but with reservations
