I took my jacket to these guys for dry cleaning based on reading the other reviews. The lady who took the item seemed completely clueless so i simply asked for them to get it clean given the stains on it. The jacket came back creased with a few stains. When I asked the guy in charge why the stains hadnt come out, he said " go to the supermarket and get some stain sprays". This attitute truly sucks. These guys may be good for simple shirts, but they are truly useless for anything else. Zero for customer service AVOID.

This is by far the worse cleaners! First, being of African/Native American decent, I felt the employees "thought" they could treat me badly by not acknowledging me when I walked in the door and continued to ignore me for several minutes. I voiced my opinion to the lead person who dismissed it as nothing to worry about. Really, I cant imagine a company staying in business with such out right rudeness with no apology. I wont do business with this company again, even if I have to pay more.

Fine for your every-day dry cleaning needs. If you are a Neiman Marcus type then best you go to the pricey dry cleaners who will pamper your clothes (and you).
