The title says it all. Found out the hard way. When I went in to explain my feelings on having my name written on my dress shirts, the gentleman wrote me off immediately. I said, "Why do you do this?" He said, "So we know whos clothes are whos." I said, "Yes, but every OTHER cleaners Ive been to uses paper." He said… nothing, and walked away. I said, "Thanks for ignoring me." If you dont mind getting your name written on your clothes in size 72 pt font, bold, then they do a halfway decent job. And BTW, they only take cash. I give them an average rating because my clothes came out pretty good (save the marker). I demote one star due to the magic marker bit, and demote another star due to the gentlemans brash customer service.

I bought a new shirt from Nordstrom’s and had it dry cleaned before I wore it for the first time. When my wife returned home with the dry cleaned shirt we noticed it had what looked like burn stains all over the shirt. When my wife took it back with the receipt (and the Nordstrom’s receipt) and they were beyond rude. They claimed they can’t stain a shirt and refused to try and get the stains out.

Guys a dick. Yelled and screamed at me after I told him he gave me the wrong pants. He kept saying "dont Complain" over and over. Pretty weird, but other than that they are cheap and fast so they do have that going...

The guy there was completely and utterly rude to me when I went in this morning. I cant believe that how they treat a prospective customers. Do stay away and save yourself some unpleasantness.

Ive been coming ere for years. This place is reliable, affordable and honest. I am picky about whom cleans my garments and this place never disappoints.
