Terrible! I brought in my cashmere sport coat. I needed it for my daughters wedding. I picked it up today for the wedding today. ALL the buttons on the jacket had been broken - which I didnt discover until I brought the jacket home. I called them up immediately and they basically said they couldnt help. They couldnt do anything until the owner came in on Monday (this is Saturday), and the seamstress had left for the day. These folks will NEVER get any more of my business. If youre smart, they wont get any of yours, either.
