I call as a new customer and asked" what are your prices for cleaning dress shirts"? I was told $.99 and was invited to try their services. I brought in 17 shirts and 7 pair of slacks. The young man at the counter even gave me an additional discount because of the large order. I was happy. Two weeks later I brought in my second load to be cleaned, picked it up 2 days later and was then told by the old woman that owns the place that ;"since my shirts are a size 4xl that she wouldnt give me the the $.99 price anymore. I said that your sign in the window doesnt say anything about an extra charge for larger sizes. She told me she wouldnt do any of my cleaning and told me to not ever come back. I just wanted to get my clothes cleaned. Why put a sign in the window that says "SHIRTS 99cents" and then not live up to it.

First dry cleaners I picked myself. And boy was I wrong. Brought my boyfriends suit home with buttons hanging off the sleeve and his shirt with iron marks. Never going here again. Cash only. B*s*
