First time here. I brought in a white blazer with a mark on the lapel. I pointed the mark out to them and asked if they were able to get it off, Upon picking up, I see a huge water type stain around the mark, the mark was about 1cm in size, the stain was about 2 in radius. I asked what happened and the "manager" stated they tried to remove it. I said thats great but now there is a bigger stain on the lapel and I cant wear it now. Instead of being understanding and a good business owner he started arguing with me and acting like a child. Upon asking me how much I think I should pay for it, I said nothing but I will pay you the price of a shirt cleaning, since you did use product for the initial dry cleaning. He said NO, You must pay full price. So why the F did he ask me then? I really didnt have time to argue with the guy and I stated my case but he wasnt budging. I ended up paying for the now destroyed jacket like the bigger person, instead of walking out with out paying, like I should have done. I will now never go back there again and tell everyone around me the same. I work in a big office....could be a lot of business. Horrible management, customer service and better business skills.

Very sad to say that owner would not re-clean two silk blouses that had noticeable dirt on inner collars when we picked them up. He told me that 36 days had passed since we picked up the order. I told him that I hadnt had a need to wear either blouse during that time. To which he replied "Why didnt you check them when you picked them up?" Duh, I have never checked my dry cleaning for spots, missing buttons, or any other possible oversight on the cleaner’s part. So be advised, if you use this company, be sure to check your clothes when you get them back. I rate this business owner a 0 for customer satisfaction.

Had a bad experience with this cleaner. Brought a comforter in to be cleaned. When I got it home and put it on the bed noticed crusty soap residue on the comforter. I took it back, the clerk looked at it and claimed it was the inside of the comforter that washed through to the outside not soap residue. He proceeded to show me how to wash it by hand and use a lint brush to clean the comforter when I got home. When that didnt work, he said it was not his problem and would not rewash it or refund my money. It cost me $30 for this experience and I would suggest chosing a different cleaner in the Issaquah area.

My shirts and pants still had stains in them. and one of the shirts not even ironed like youd expect from the cleaners. Advertises 99cent shirt but charges over $6 a shirt since it had "dry clean only" label. Ended up paying over $22 for my dry cleaning. Refuses to provide after service for the stains on the shirt and pants. These guys dont have the concept of "customer service" I will never go back to this place again.

Horrible Service, first of all the attitude of the staff is really bad and unprofessional. Secondly they slipped the date. Thirdly, they actually screwed up my suit. And they did not even seem to be apologetic about it. After some hard conversation , they tried fixing it but did not work out. I am not going there back again. Trust me, you can get better service elsewhere.

There are several poor reviews for this business. My wife and I have been using the cleaners for years and we have never had a poor experience. For a couple of years, we had almost weekly visits. We have recently had to change services, and I have yet to have the level of service I received at Best.

I used to love this place- this time they gave me a written quote of one price and then charged me significantly more - I showed the woman the written quote and she just shrugged and said "I just work here" - with that kind of attitude towards customer service I will not be using them any more

found a stain on the shirt after taking it back home from the dry cleaner. When I took it back to the shop, and kept arguing about why that is not his responsibility. very unprofessional, and doesnt understand anything about customer service. i am taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent service, and they brought my drycleaning to my car for me. Cost was reasonable ($22 for a full suit w/vest), and very happy with the results. Customer for life.
