I decided to try this business to have a couple dress shirts cleaned. I was asked by the worker/mgr if I wanted them laundered or dry cleaned. I said whatever works, I just want them clean. The price was not so great but I figured long as the service is good its probably worth it. I picked up my shirts a few weeks ago, and wasnt told there was any problems. Yesterday, I was going to a semi-formal event and chose to wear one of the shirts when I noticed stains on the front of it. In a hurry to get dressed, I grabbed the other shirt and noticed similar stains on the front of it. Needless to say, I was frustrated that I couldnt wear either one. I brought it back to the cleaners, explained what happened, was told that I should have told them about the stains and should have chosen Dry clean versus Laundry. I was then asked if I want to have them dry cleaned and if so I would need to pay again, full price! Screw me over once- shame on you, screw me over twice- shame on me. Never again! Most "American" businesses would offer some sort of viable solution to seek customer satisfaction, not these cheap skates.

Brought my prom dress in two days before the dance. Zipper was broken. The only reason I gave them the two stars was because they replaced the zipper and they did it in time, but I had to have my boyfriends mother finish the job. My dress has four straps attached to the zipper, two on either side. I guess they decided that they only had to sew the left half of the straps attached to the zipper back onto my dress, leaving the right ones dangling off the back. The straps are now two inches below where they should be.
