I could not believe it! My business partner has been going to this cleaner for over 7 yrs and finally told me about it. I gave them a chance and handed over several items to dry clean. All was fine till I saw that a belt was missing to my sweater! I called Molly at the cleaners and she said, "I have it", so my friend went to pick it up and it was a completely different belt. So I called Molly again and this time she again told me she did not know where its at, am I sure that I had the belt on the sweater and..."It is ONLY a belt!" I told her that I need the belt to wear that sweater so she had three choices...1-write me a check for $80, go to Nordstrom’s and buy me the same sweater or see me in court...she said, "But its only a belt". I told her I will wait to see what she wanted to do. She said she will call me back after speaking to the owners. It took her one week later to call me, and when she did, she said she will write a check and how much was it again...I said $80 and Molly said "That is not possible!” So she said she will buy the sweater...I then went online to Nordstrom’s, found the sweater, printed it out and gave the printout to her. Amazingly, the next day she called me and told me that she found the belt. I was shocked and said fine. When I went to pick up the sweater and the belt, the belt had a hole in it...Molly told me she does not know how that happened and that maybe it was there or the bugs ate the sweater...I got tired of dealing with someone who could not communicate and was so unprofessional. Took my sweater and told her she is a liar. Now, do you think that she went to Nordstrom’s, cut the hole and stole the belt? Duh....YESSSSSS even my friend who has been going to them for over 7yrs think so!

This is the worst dry cleaner ever!!!!! I took my husbands sports coat in with a tiny food spot on the lapel. When I picked it up (the first time) there was a much larger rectangular grease spot on the same lapel. I was told to leave it for one week. When I picked it up the next time the spot was gone as was some of the fabric color. After several attempts, I was able to speak with the owner, Molly. She told me the grease spot was there when I first brought it in and when I tried to nicely explain that was not the case and began yelling at me. I then tried to calm her down and talk with her about the damage and she began yelling again and hung up on me. Do not take your clothes there and if you have to, take a picture of them first. Love this place!!! I searched dry cleaners on google and saw that they had a special for $1.50 on all dry cleaning, no coupons, just ask! very great. brought all my work stuff here before 10 AM and was able to get same day service. they do a decent job, and at the price, i have no complaints! the storeowner is a friendly, no nonsense operator. she gladly took back one of my shirts free of charge because she was not able to get a stain out of it the first time. i highly recommend this cleaner!

THIS IS THE WORSE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO CLEAN YOUR CLOTHS. I TOOK MY PANTS TO THIS CLEANER. WHEN I PICKED UP THERE WAS A GRASE SPOTS ALL OVER MY PANTS I TOLD THE OWNER AND SHE WAS RUDE AND MEAN I TOLD HER THE STAINS WASNT THERE .BUT SHE START TO YELLING AT ME I TRY TO CALM HER DOWN AND TALK WITH HER ABOUT THE DAMAGE BUT SHE IGNORED ME. I DO NOT RECOMENDED THIS CRAPY CLEANER PLACE

Its very disgusting. Initially the lady said its $1.20 per shirt so I gave here around 8 shirts. She gave me a receipt of $12 but when I went to pick my clothes she charged me $20.It was pathetic.Its all hidden costs. Beware to ask her the charges beforing giving clothes

4 time they washed my pant that was oily and each time they gave me same as before without attn to how the pant still is dirty . They didnot refund also
