I love this place:1. Its environmental friendly. 2. Their service is prompt, they always finish the job by the time they promise 3. If you point to the stains you want cleaned they will do the job. I learned it is better to point the stains out to them. 4. They will not take clothes that they know there is a potential for them to be harmed in the process of cleaning (color blending, material incompatibility etc) 5. Never had an allergy from wearing clothes after being cleaned by them 6. The ironing is perfect 7. Never lost an item I brought there (Ive been their steady client for 5 years now). 8. Its not always easy to communicate with them due to language barrier but they try their best to be polite and focus on doing whats important to you

I live in Palo Alto and have frequently changed dry cleaners because for one reason or another, Im unhappy with the outcome of the clothes. I decided to try Natures Best Cleaners because I was drawn to their environmentally friendly way of dry cleaning clothes. I read some of the reviews on Yelp and saw they had a lot of good feedback. Based on the reviews, I brought 42 pieces of clothes for them to dry clean on my first visit (I only know the number because it totals it on the receipt). They did an amazing job - I brought them a couple difficult garmets that had stains on them I was not able to remove in the washing machine and they got them out! I was really impressed to say the least and also like that they are green.

I went to get some clothes dry cleaned and they did a good job of getting my clothes in great shape(considering how awful they were when I turned them in). The lady at the counter is very friendly, unlike many in the area. I will go back there again.

Only place in the whole Bay Area that does not damage the necks of my dress shirts by folding them and ironing them incorrectly. I drive 15 miles to this place for this reason. And... GREEN!

I gave my clothes a couple of times for wash and dry clean. Their work was excellent. The lady there was very courteous and they do care very much about their customers.

Green or not, the bottom line is that they do an excellent job getting all the stains out! Nice people, great service, and a fantastic job of cleaning your clothes.

terrible attitude and 2.5 times more expensive than average cleaners. they may have taken too much pride in what they do and come off as rude.

Brought my clothes their and the manager was very rude when I asked the clothes to be cleaned he also lost it and found it a week later
