Eeks! MeThinksNOT! Brought ONE shirt in last Saturday, told to pick up today (Thursday). 6 days later at 4 oclock in the afternoon, stopped by to pick up the ONE shirt...nope, not done! Was asked if I could wait still???? Seriously ONE shirt! Previous first visit with them, they gave me someone elses laundry to take home! As we were driving home, got a panic phone call to "come back"! And on another occasion, went in to inquire about their tailoring service, the lady owner (?) told me "oh I dont know how much to charge but expensive, very expensive". Cant handle ONE shirt; Cant keep track on a bag of shirts; Comon lady! My Louis Vuitton is only a replica, Made in Korea ;)

Out of the 3 dry cleaners in Redmond Ridge area, this place is hands down the best place to go to. Reasonable prices and fast service. The customer service is excellent and very helpful. One time I dropped off my shirts and when I got them back I noticed a extra tag, they replaced one of my buttons that I did not notice was missing for free.

They are very conscientious about doing great work; if a shirt has stains they spend extra time getting it right at no charge. Due to the care they put into their work, my shirts continue to look great after years of service with Ridge cleaners.

expensive!! Didnt treat stains on hem of dress I brought in, even after I pointed them out. Charged $35 to "clean" dress, told me they could remove stains, did not. Doesnt even look like they tried.

Just called them. Very unhelpful on the telephone and when I explained for the third time what my laundry issue was he just laughed and said. No, I cant help you. Poor customer service.
