Wanted to send a warning about Family Dry Cleaners on 22320 NE Marketplace Dr. Redmond, WA. (this is the one right next door to Redmond Ridge Nails). The owner (nice as she is) has now ripped two of my shirts in the same place and will not compensate me $0.01 for either of them. This is very different from any other dry cleaning service I have experienced. AVOID this dry cleaner, she very clearly does not stand behind her product.

Been going here for years. I was with them when they were in Woodinville and I have followed them to Redmond Ridge. Everyone has had items ruined at the dry cleaners before including myself. The ones bad mouthing this cleaners obviously put their clothes ahead of their integrity. They do an amazing job and are willing to go the extra mile with same day when asked of them. I love this place and will stick with them.

Awesome service and staff.... Ive been going this dry cleaner more than 7 years... Always pleasure going back there over and over.... Highly recommend this cleaner.
