They charged me $40 to hem the lace overlay of a dress, unfortunately they hemmed the overlay to shorter than the underdress, it was also crooked and puckered. So I am not only out the $40 I spent on the alterations, I am also out the $200 for the dress itself because rather than just hem the dress they cut it so it can not be repaired. They were not willing to refund me for the botched alteration or the dress.
