It hurts me to leave his review because as a small business owner I know how hard it is. But my last experience left me on my car crying. I came here and had two pairs of pants hemmed because I bought them online and they were too long. I live a block away so I thought this place would be convenient for me to do dry cleaning and helming at. Boy was I wrong. I did take some dry cleaning there and it was well priced and quick. That service was pretty good. I was going to make this my go to spot. But after the helming for Both pants the stitching unraveled before I even wore them out of the house. I took one pair back and the woman fixed it in under 5 minutes and apologized but two of the women who worked there started telling me it was my fault because of the types of shoes I wore with my pants. And she said that no matter what you do pants will always unravel and they cant guarantee their work. (I never wore these pants yet before they unraveled). It seemed I fire to me that Id have to pay to have these hemmed every single time o wore them. That didnt make sense to me... so When I explained I hadnt worn them yet and they unraveled anyhow the woman said "well unless they unraveled in the first place you wouldnt have brought them here to be re-hemmed." Once again, I explained I bought them online and I had them shortened and THATS why I originally got them hemmed...and then the nice lady told the other one to be quiet. Cause she didnt know what she was talking about... (so that was nice) but I have never had such an awful experience getting clothing hemmed. I felt bullied and they didnt even know why I had brought them in the first place before hey started judging me and blaming me for it unraveling. This is clearly poor workmanship. They could have just fixed it in under 5 minutes and had a customer for life. No need to bully or blame the customer for your lazy stitching.

Parking is a pain in the butt. Nevertheless the service is GREAT. They are completely honest. One time I asked the lady to shorten my waist for a pants. When I picked my pants up, I noticed that there was a $20 in a plastic bag pinned on the plastic cover. The lady said they found it in my pant pocket. That speaks volume.

I love the job that they did on my dress, I went there for a hem on a long velvet dress, they sew it perfect and the price was reasonable, Thanks! , I will be coming back since I am a short girl in need of fixing long clothes :)
