I live nearby, so convenience is definitely a factor. But they always greet me by name when I walk in, and they always get my clothes ready by when I need them, if not sooner. They have yet to destroy any of my shirts yet, which I have come to expect from cleaners, as it seems to be the norm everywhere else. I have not shopped around, but if it costs $0.25 more to not have my shirts ruined or buttons snapped, I am willing to pay that.

Not only is this dry cleaner ridiculously expensive, they also damaged my dress, and claim it was ripped when I dropped it off. However, there is no way this is possible as I wore it the day before I dropped it off, and would have noticed a 2 inch long tear in the side seam. If you come here, please be aware that you run the risk of your clothing becoming damaged, and then having it blamed on you.

I went to Executive Cleaners to have my wedding dress pressed, not cleaned just pressed. They did take extreme care with my gown and did a beautiful job, but they charged over $100 just for the pressing and took 6 days to do it. I showed up 4 hours before the completion time on the tag thinking it would be finished, but was informed the dress had not yet been pressed.
