I gave them 42 clothes to dry clean. They returned 40. I was very disappointed. The folks behind the counter were very nice and said they would call me when they found my clothes. Its been over two months. I havent heard back.I would suggest paying a slightly higher price elsewhere but at least you get all your clothes back

We had an alteration and needed a shirt cleaned. We paid $19 for these up front. Later, my son went to pick up the items, and was charged again, this time $25, even though the bill he took clearly showed that we had paid already. Oh well, we had to go back and get that $25 back.

Bay Cleaners has new ownership. The quality of service has improved and they have a great alteration service. The new owner has his own plant, where he does the dry cleaning. So, there is no risk of losing your stuff.
