Price is good but customer service is sub par. The lady very often is dismissive even when you ask very reasonable questions. She would just ignore you and your question. This has left me scratching my head many times.

I gave them my white dress that had a small stain in front of it. When I received my dress, it turned into light grey and the stain was still there!!! Awful experience! Never again!
