I went here to buy some brushes, and one ended up shedding horribly.I called to ask about returns.I asked if I needed to bring all items on the receipt or just all items bought in a pack and I had to take about 10 minutes of asking over and over in different ways to get the girl to understand the simple question. I had bought the brushes as a buy one get one deal, so when I came to return one, the lady had no clue what was going on! She told me I had to return both items and that the buy one get one was not available as a return, then she told me that it was- in the same sentence.I had to speak slowly to her and she still didnt get the contradiction in her statement.My bf (who came with me) asked me if she was intentionally being daft.It was like trying to explain mitosis to a 2 year old! I felt so embarrassed for her.The Ulta store will hire just about anybody, apparently.Is their training just teaching their employees how to smile and nod?

I dont shop for make up much, but I dont wear a lot of make up... I came here with my roommate who was looking for a wine colored matte lipstick. We ended up asking an employee for recommendations. We were lucky enough to ask Raphael. He was wonderful, knowledgeable, and made us laugh. Heck, I bought a liquid lipstick too...and I love it!! Thanks Sephora and a special thanks to Raphael!!!

Small, poorly lit, tired-looking Ulta compared to the one in Dublin. Really not conducive to shop here. Benefit took up a great portion of their retail space, but there was no there to sell or service it or at any of the make-up "boutiques." Better off going to Macys if you plan to spend money on department store priced cosmetics to at least get some service.

If youre a man looking for male products, dont bother. Theyve decided to reduce from 2 aisles to less than like 1/4th of one side of an aisle. Not very picky but then where else am I going to easily find Bed Head, a pretty common brand? Their response "Oh well sorry". Basically "Meh." So again if youre a guy, dont bother.

I honestly got really good customer service while I was in there! Amazing & everyone was very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. I went around 5pm late afternoon on a Thursday so it might have been easier for employees to engage with their customers. I left feeling so happy!

Love Ulta and love that this one is so conveniently located! Its usually super quiet in here unlike at Sephora, which I like. I also like the range of products they have. Ulta wins in that they carry drugstore and high end makeup brands!

Its an okay store, definitely need a lot more lighting! Its so dim inside. I just feels so empty always, theres a lot of products just no people. I guess if you like shopping in peace its the place to go.
