The review of the Perfect Look attached to the Gresham Fred Meyer store is on behalf of my sweet h darling wife, who received a trim here. The two stars are purely based on the fact that they were able to listen to my wifes request and then complete said instructions. The trim was satisfactory. The price was stated to her to be approximately half of what the actual total due to what I can only describe as a bait-and-switch technique used by questionable businesses. Id not expect this from a chain of salons catering to women. They ripped off my wife, who asked for a $9 simple trim, but ended up being charged $16 instead...once they cut it, youre on the hook for the bill, and thats not acceptable. After a giving what Id consider an undeserving tip, the total cost was $20...for what shouldve been a $9 trim. Very disappointed.

Husband went in for basic cut and clean-up. Had his hair cut by Hanna and she completely screwed up his hairline along his neck. Looks horrible, worst part is a basic haircut for a man was almost $20 and looks like a kid could draw a straighter line. I assume they have some sort of training...

Used to bring my Mother here every week to get her hair washed and styled. Fun days and fond memories. Oops. ....just got my hair cut and its side ways A symmetrical and off.... short on one side longer on the other. Oh and I think she dyed it purple. I guess I got bored today.

I go in here for a haircut whenever I need it. Hanna is quick, precise and does a really good job. I have her cut my hair everytime really nice easy going place. Everyone is down to earth. I recommend it!
