I greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service Namita (the owner) provided throughout. Correspondence was fast, organized and kind. She provided many options with a thorough explanation about everything, no hidden costs or fine print. Namita maintained communication as my daughters party approached with confirmation of the details. Oliver was flexible with communication as well; he had phoned the day before the party to finalize the (magical) details and because my daughter has spidey ears, I was not able to talk on the phone. Instead he was kind and flexible enough to spend more time texting back and fourth with me. I must say that Spider-Man (Oliver) was fabulous, attentive, and quick whitted-- definite 5 stars. He even parked a couple blocks away and down a side street in order to maintain his character, which was perfect since my daughter wanted to see him off. My daughter had the BEST birthday ever! We will certainly return for any future character needs.

We recently used Princess Party Productions for a work event and they were phenomenal!!! Namita followed up with me several times before the event and even came to our location, to have a better sense of what was needed by our business. Since we are a health care establishment she asked for appropriate verbiage for the character and any other info that would help the children with their appointments. The day of the event the character (Cinderella) arrived on time, and ready to interact with our patients. She was so sweet and they naturally flocked to her. She read stories, did face painting and took a bazillion pictures all while keeping in character and using appropriate verbiage to check on their appointments. She spoke with 2 year olds all the way up to Drs and everyone loved her! We highly recommend Princess Party Productions and have already booked them for 2 more upcoming events.

I had booked princess Aurora through a different company and they called me 3 days before to let me know that they couldnt provide Aurora for the time I had booked her for, for my daughters princess party. I end up posting my request on gig salad and 10 minutes later I got a call from Namita. Not only was she able to provide Aurora for our princess party but the package included way more than the original one we had booked. Namita was super friendly and professional and reassured me that everything was going to be great and it was!! The booking process was easy and fast! Princess Aurora was so bubbly and friendly the kids loved her. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend this company and I will most definitely be contacting them again for my kids parties.

I am on the board of the Burlingame Mothers Club (yes, I am the first male board member) - the Socials Committee to be exact. This years Summer Social we decided to have Moana. What a hit! It all started with a phone call to Namita - she is the event coordinator. She not only returned my phone call, she confirmed what was needed and the venue, the time, and who be the best fit for our group. Moana was a HUGE hit. I am saying this twice because it deserves to be said twice. Our Moana was Amanda. The kids and the parents loved her. She was personable, sang, played games, and so much more. From the very beginning, my experience was very professional and thorough. Namita is very detail oriented makes sure you understand exactly what you are getting and follows up and keep you informed all the way up to the event date and after. I hired two Star Wars characters (Darth Vader and Stormtrooper) for my 5 year old godsons birthday party and they were great. The birthday boy thought that it was the real Darth Vader, he was pleasantly shocked. The actors did a great job of rallying the children and keeping them involved. I definitely would refer this company to my friends and will certainly use them again in the future. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!

We hired Super Hero - Spider-Man - Jackson from Party Princess, San Jose for our 5-years-old sons Birthday Party. He did a great job to entertain the kids by arranging some fun games and showing them the Spider-Man movements. Since we hosted the party at a gymnastic place, Jackson coordinated with the coaches there very well to get him involved with the kids during the whole time. The kids had a great time with Spider-Man. I heard more than one kid asked the Spider-Man to join their birthday parties as well. Namita has been very helpful to answer the questions and follow up things since we started to contact with them. Thank you guys! Good luck!

We very recently hired Party Princess Productions for my little girls 3Rd bday. Princess Elena (Caroline) arrived on time and has thrilled not only my little girl and her friends but my adult guests as well. Princess Elena stayed in character the whole time. She did face and hand painting to both the kids and adults and was very gracious to all our guests. Communication with namita during booking was excellent. The princess costumes that were part of our package were very well made and a big hit with the little girls especially with the bday girl who tried on at least 4 of them! I highly recommend this companys services! Well-worth every penny!

Belle was fantastic and played her role beautifully! Requested her for my 4 year-olds Princess Party two weeks prior to event and had a great experience overall, from easy booking process (received a call back 15 minutes after my online request) to enjoying the girls enthralled reaction to Princess Belle dancing and singing with them, face painting, and her interaction with them collectively and on an individual basis. We only hired her for one hour and we got our moneys worth, for sure! I highly recommend Party Princess Productions in San Jose, CA.

We had Haleyann as out performer and she was absolutely amazing! She never left character. She was patient with the kids and made Sofia feel extra special. Shes a doll!
