my key was unusual so they had to ship it later. It took over a week, longer than originally estimated, and when it arrived it DIDNT WORK. The customer support number that came on the card didnt work and when I finally got ahold of a person she asked me to take a bunch of pictures to help the engineering team and wait another several days to get a new one. Its too bad they evidently dont have their own QA team. Waste of time.

Pricing quote from their sites chat said it was $2.99, at the kiosk it was $7.99. Only got one key copied (a mail key) because of the price. (It did offer a 45% discount when I tried to exit out, making it still 50% more than a local locksmith) When I looked at the key it made, there were visible differences, and when I tried to use it, it wouldnt open the mailbox. Waste of time and $4...
