Chris need to learn some customer service skills! I simple told him I have a 2001 Mustang and the key was getting stuck. I wanted a ball park idea of the cost. I told him I would buy the replacement key cylinder. Told me they dont do it that way he would have to send locksmith out for $65 and they would diagnosis and quote a price. I just wanted a ball park figure... The guy refused... Most guys would say if it is this it going to be around this much - Not this guy he just wanted to string me along. I had just spent 10 mins talking with the Allen at SAN PEDRO LOCK AND KEY... He told me I could bring my car to them to save even more money. He told me exactly what I could expect... Best case $50 Worst case $90... The guy I talked with today was very unprofessional... Go somewhere else!

Ok so i locked myself out last nite and after calling san pedro lock and getting theire answering machine i called these guys. Chris picked up the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to come rescue me. Im glad they answred. I dont know what i would have done without them.
