I dropped off a transponder key for my car for them to program. They said they didnt have the tool at the time, so they would call me when he was done. I never received a call so I called them the next day. They said they had cut it but needed me to come in to program it (when was I gonna get a call?). I came in, they took over 2 hours to program my key and charged me $75. WTF, mate.

My sister needed her locks changed like right now due to a bad dude she got mixed up with. I tried installing a new lock I got from the hardware store but ran into problems and had to give up. Called these guys and they came out the same day. The price seemed a little high but they are definitely experts and were very fast which is all she cared about.
