Friends, avoid this guy like the plague! I called the shop and they sent a locksmith to make me a car key. The locksmith was able to make our key but also reset the security and dash in our car. I called back to get it fixed and the shop set me up with an appointment. When they didnt show, I called back and spoke to the owner. The owner refused to send the locksmith back out, denied servicing us, denied sending his locksmith. It was unbelievable! We have the service invoice and I spoke with him multiple times. The sudden amnesia was shocking- I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I told the owner I would be sharing this feedback on yelp and every other social media outlet. He told me I was threatening him, told me "he does not give a F*uck about me and he would sue me". Most startling was when he said "You dont know who you am messing with." Avoid this company. Shady business and moral practices. What a shame. Take your business elsewhere

Called these guys to help get into my house after Id been locked out because theyve been around forever and figured they wouldnt have been in business for so long unless they were good. The guy had his choice of 3 doors and couldnt get into any of them so he said he had to drill the lock out. Sounded a little weird to me so I tried asking questions but he was a little agitated I wasnt just taking his word for it. He could barely speak english and wasnt willing to answer anything. He gave me the if I didnt like it I could call someone else...so thats what I did and I asked him to leave. This irritated him even more and he began threatening me--at which point I told him if he didnt leave Id call the police. Once he left I called a different locksmith and got it figured out with no drilling needed. Needless to say you should call someone else.

This is the BIGGEST RIP OFF lock smith in the universe. IT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALLL COST!!!!!Their prices are DOUBLE OR MORE THAN ANY COMPETITIVE LOCK SMITH PROFESSIONAL, IN FACT POSSIBLY 3 TIMES AS MUCH. If you have half brain look elsewhere. On a car key their rates are TRIPLE of a DEALER COST...Imagine that! Please note that ALL positive comments made on this page by other were made by personal friends of this dealer, with no exception, as they all foreign name who came all from the same...country, and probably were written by the owner himself. I know, as I am from the same country as well....and know the specific type of name. it is a shame. avoid this crook

I locked myself out of my car the other night and felt helpless. I needed to get to work right away. I googled Torrance locksmith and called this company. The gentleman on the phone gave me a quote over the phone which seemed reasonable. A van showed up 20 minutes later and within 10 minutes opened the door. He was nice and assured me that I will get to work on time. I paid him exactly what was quoted to me by his manager over the phone. If you need a reliable locksmith, call them.

We have them change locks when we bought house 2 and half years ago. Recently the front door lock didnt work. I visited their store next to Donuts Den to make appointment because the store is very cose to my house. The lady told that the price will be 65$ for visit plus the cost. Next day a man came and changed a part in 15minutes and asked for 192$ (65$ for visint, 45$ for part and 82$ for installation fee). It seems to be very expensive to me.

Called Lazimi Lock and Key after our front door lock was just spinning and wouldnt lock. Lazimi came out within fifteen minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, switched out the lock in a pleasant and efficient manner and within twenty minutes, our new door lock was in and working. Great price, efficient service, trustworthy. Highly recommend.

just moved in to my new house and needed to change my locks. i got a referral from my neighbor and called Lazimi Locksmith and schedule an appointment. they were nice and polite over the phone and worked with my schedule. Adam showed up on time and did a great job. im happy with the service and will highly recommend this company.

This company sucks they kept me waiting all day never showed . They were to be at my truck by 11 then 1 then 4 to 5. The tech didnt care about any thing and blamed the office. The office blamed the tech. I work from my truck so this cost me the day. I guess I screwed up because I trusted them. Dont ever count on them to show up.

Called and set an appointment to help with a lockout -- 7 minutes before the appointment, Lazimi Lock calls to say that there was a misscheduling, and they would not be able to make it until "late in the afternoon." Poor business practice to give short notice that you done-goofed something so simple -- Lost my business.

I was locked out from the house and found this number on google. They came very quickly in 10min. and didnt take time in opening the lock for me. Quick service and I guess I am satisfied. The price, I dont know if its the right price or not but they give me a discount so that was good!!

Talk about pricey; try $9.00 for a duplicate house key that took all of 30 seconds to make. Not a grain of courtesy or a "thank you" from the stone-faced employee who did it either. I guess customers are a nuisance to this company-
