If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my wedding dress and veil in to be drycleaned after the wedding. The veil was in perfect condition. It really did not need to be cleaned, but I thought that I would anyway. He charged me $70 for the service. When I returned to pick it up, he did not mention anything about the fact that he destroyed my veil. When I inspected it at home it had huge, 4 inch rips along the edges, 2 inch holes all over it, and as it is made out of polyester, had melted and was crispy and stif! Negligence, as obvious as it gets. The thing is, he has refused to replace it! It cost me $85. He offered me $8, then $25, then $40 saying that it has depreciated in value since I have used it, not taking into consideration that he has not refunded me the money I paid for his drycleaning services where he destroyed it in the first place! Bad buisness. He told me if I wanted it replaced I had better get my lawer and yelled at me over the phone! The guy screwed up and he will not take responsibility for it. If you value your money, dont go here!

i went into the cleaners today, and asked for a verity of specifications. I also asked for them to be ready the next day. Usually cleaners are unable to do that. The owner and operator assured me they would be ready the next day. I got them back, and they were perfectly done. Im going to continue to go there now. I strongly suggest others now!

Very good laundry and dry cleaning company. I had a problem with getting the collars clean on my dress shirts at another cleaners in town but Empire Cleaners is able to make them as clean as new. They are not cheap but well worth the price you pay!
