I went one time. Whoever the woman was behind the counter was not friendly or polite. Especially after I told her No thank you, when she told me my shirt had to be hand pressed for $8 because it had metal buttons. In addition, I told her the shirts were already washed. She insisted they had to be re-washed, of course, at an additional cost. WHAT? Then, I asked for light starch and when I picked up the 7 shirts and paid a CRAZY amount of money, they were as limp as a wet noodle. Do yourself a favor, take your stuff to Poulsbo. Ive been going to Next Day Cleaners for a while but thought Id try the place on Bainbridge since I live here. Dont do it. Its worth the drive to Poulsbo, the shirts are pressed better, and it is LESS THAN HALF the cost. Dont let people take advantage of you just because "were the only cleaners on the island". Yeah, theyre cleaners, alright. Cleaners of your wallet.

Unbelievable pricing! I was certain that theyd made a mistake and wed clear it all up and then laugh about it. I had three table cloths laundered (not dry cleaned) with light starch. The charge was over $50 each. EACH. Laundered! Ill be going to the one another reviewer recommended in Poulsbo from now on.

this place used to be great but the new owners have jacked up the pricing to a ridiculous level as they have a monopoly on the island. they wont share a price list and seem to raise it more each time. Avoid this place

This place has serious billing issues. The staff are great, but the new owner is quite rude. With several other dry cleaners on the island, why go here? I certainly wont be going back.

The prices are ridiculous. $94 for 8 regular dress shirts. They didnt tell me they were going to gauge me in advance. They are nothing less than dishonest thieves.
