Have used their services 5 times or so over the past year. Great service, quick, polite. Today, we picked up bedding they have cleaned before and as taking it to my car noticed small bugs (small like the size of fruit flies) on the package. I tried to brush them off, but then realized some were on the inside. They were all dead. As I tried to brush some off, they left a black mark on our cream colored bedding. There were also black hairs (not lint) on the bedding as well. I am not one to usually bring this type of thing to a business attention but since there were so many pieces of dead bug both out and in and finding the hairs, I walked back in. As I let her know about what I found, she did not apologize but said there were no bugs and questioned if I was seeing lint. I said there were dead bugs including the a fragment she brushed off. She then asked me if I saw any bugs moving in the bag. Of course there were none moving. I was disappointed to say the least that she acted as if I was making this up or was wasting her time with something so trivial. No these were NOT alive bugs or bed bugs, etc, and in the big picture NOT a big deal. However, the way I was treated when bringing it up deserved a review. I have always had great service there and want to give them another try as they are so close by, but am not sure how to proceed. Disappointed.

Great location. Right by so many good shops so its easy to drop off clothes while doing other errands. Ive used Catrick several times to have my suit cleaned for interviews. They have reasonable prices and Ive never had my suits smell like chemicals. They have machines on premise so I believe everything is done in house so rush jobs are possible if you bring your clothes in early enough. Services is always great and never had a hassle. Id recommend Catrick to anyone who needs dry cleaning done.
