G&C Auto body 251 Bellevue Santa Rosa Ca. I have never been more insulted in my life. They held onto my truck while I waited to settle with the insurance company. They had it for three weeks. Turns out they had the check for two week and forgot to mention that. So I have an estimate for the work that needs to be done form them. The insurance will not pay the full amount. So Im going to cover the balance but no that will not work we have to get a new estimate. The new estimate is $1,100.00 higher. When I go to complain to the manager hes already pissed off at me and knows everything about the truck. So he does not what to go over it. When I insist we go over it. I become DUDE. Every other word out of this mouth is Dude this Dude that. I tell him that that is insulting. So he changes I am now MAN this and Man that. I have never heard a manager talk like that. But they do at G&C if you get on their wrong side. You do that by complaining. I have had enough of this so I say Im going to fill a complaint with the Consumer Affairs. Thinking that will soften him up. Wrong, he doubles down. He tells me he will now not fix my truck and if I dont have it off his lot by the end of the day he will charge me $85.00 a day storage. G&C auto body has very nice shops but they are pigs. They have put lipstick on their pig but they are still pigs.

Worst service ever, the tow truck driver Rick is start coming to me really aggressively and treating me disrespectfully and tell me to get out from the company property after I have shown him that is some damage on the car after he have tow the car from a parking lot. Really bad and aggressive person who told me if I don’t move my car out from the property he towed out from G&C parking in Santa Rosa. So I ask him to call the police so we can get the report for the damage, but after that he get more aggressive than ever and start use inappropriate words, to get me out , so I decide to get out and will follow with company management to see how they are going to react to this bad behavior. Can’t believe how G&C doing business with employees like this person, but defiantly I can say this the worst experience for me so far in my life, so I hope this review will change something in the company employees police. This is not the right way to treat customers.

Another car ran into my Nissan Titan while it was parked on the street causing front,driver-side damage. I took it to G&C Auto Body because of the good things I had heard about them. From the time I walked in the office I was treated like I was entering a Michelin-starred restaurant and a friends home combined. I was offered water or soda to drink, treated very courteously. They described the work that would need to be done and the cost. They checked with the Nissan dealer to make sure the parts were immediately available and told me it would be ready in two days. I was offered a "loaner" car at no charge which wasnt necessary. I received a call the next day from the service writer very apologetically telling me that the paint shop was a little backed up because a an employees illness but they would deliver my truck to my home the morning after the day it was to be complete. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I highly recommend G&C.

After an accident with damage in excess of the book value of my 12 year old Toyota Tundra Timm Jones of G&C helped me get the maximum payout from my insurance company. He then worked with me to repair the truck to my satisfaction at the least cost to me. The folks at G&C coordinated with CSAA and Hertz to make the whole process from drop off of my damaged truck, to seamless delivery and drop off of a rental car, to completion of the repairs on my truck as effortless and painless as I could have hoped for. Unless they just assign you service writer ask for Timm Jones - hes the best! Also the two ladies at reception were always courteous and helpful. Thanks to you both. I will not hesitate to recommend G&C to anyone who needs honest and dependable help with auto body repair.

I was in an accident when my wife was 6 months pregnant with our 4th it was incredibly stressful!! The moment we walked into G&C it felt like we walked into a 5 starr ski lodge. there was a huge fire place burning and people to greet us. My wife had a cup of tea while we waited on big comfy couches with our toddler. We even met Gene. This stuff is all extra the improtant part is the work they did for us. It was incredible too. the rear of our car (the part that got hit) is now the nicest part of our car. It looks better now than it did before. Our car was done early, and they even dropped it off to our house and returned our rental car for us. I recommend taking your car to G&C I would never take my car or trust my family to anyone else. The treated us like family.

My Odyssey had minor damage on the sliding door and passenger door. G&C did a perfect job of pounding out the dents, painting and molding repair. They did the work in 2 days flat. The interaction between G&C, Progressive insurance and Enterprise car rental was seamless. Everyone was quick and courteous. I have 1 complaint and 1 minor irritation. Irritation: I have been contacted at least 6 times since picking up my car to see if everything went well. This takes customer care close to customer harassment. Complaint: the cost. Maybe I am unrealistic as I have not been involved in many accidents, but $2500 for the very small dents seems excessive. Progressive paid for it all but ultimately all costs show up in our insurance premiums.

A blank star was not an option. Would never recomend this place to any one. If you want your car put back together there great but perfection they lack it every department. They wont call you, you have to chase them down and a two week job turned into a 6 week job and used cheapest parts they could find. Sucks. Pure suck. Ive washed and waxed my car since and it lookes ten times better then what they could do. Two bumpers and re paint and polishes later. Ya dont go here. This place will leave a sour taste in youre mouth. BoDiGIt. Now come to find out some dumb ass G and C retard screwed my lisence plate bracket to the center of the front of a brand new fresh painted bumper. RETARDS 100%

I was referred here by my insurance provider. I was a little skeptical because of the scathing reviews on another "4-letter consumer review website that shall remain nameless." But, I gave it a shot. I could not have been happier with the service I received from start to finish. I called them right away and got an appointment first thing the following day. I left the car with them a day later and after ordering the parts (some from the factory in TN) I got my car back about 5 days later and it was in better than new condition. (My car was BRAND new and had 5000 miles on it at the time of the collision.) Car looks great, staff was friendly and I got a phone call every day with an update.
