For one thing, the staff at this office is constantly changing. Within a year I had four different account managers. Its extremely difficult to build rapport or continuity with an agent when one is looking at a different face every few months. For another thing, there seems to be a limited supply of clients handled by this office. When I first came in, they said they could place me right away. But the position they had for me was not at all where my expertise is in. I have difficulty believing someone with 20 years customer service experience, 10 of which in call-centers, can only be placed in a warehouse. The final straw for me, and something that really turned me off, was having to jump through hoops almost every time I contacted them. Coming back to this office after a six month stint with a different temp agency, they required me to re-take the typing and computer competency tests. Im sorry, but my typing skills and Word knowledge havent atrophied in only 6 months. Either try and place me right away, or turn me out. I dont know if this is an office or general AO policy, but it should probably change. I wont return to this service and cannot recommend it to anyone. I give two stars only because they *did* manage to find work for me the one time.

This place is a joke. The recruiter, Donna was unprofessional! They put a fake position on line to get you into their office, so the recruiter get the credit when the candidate gives them the social security to run background check. And then never hear from them again. The receptionist is rude and will treat you like dirt. I have worked with many recruiters and I must say this place is the worse. If you are educated and want to be treated with respect, run away from this place.

The staff was condescending and rude to me throughout the process. The agency was unwilling to verify any kind of international employment. Also the receptionist ruined a perfectly good printed resume by scribbling illegible garbage on it while she talked down to me as if I was a 5 year old. Do not bother stepping foot inside.

Feel the same way I have applied for office, and customer service, the person lets say on the phone was like, why did I call, makes you wonder why are they in business, Ill change my review once I get a response/ Anyone else same boat, staffing get back to you guess 1 star works for now that gonna go

Dealt with Maureen , she was extremely nice. demanding, but nice. Obviously she wants to make sure it is a good fit both for employer and employee. Not sure if I am interested in the position they have but never the less I was happy with how I was treated.

I would have to say they assisted me in finding a great position. I have now been here for over 3 months, and looking forward to being with the company im working for.
