Hi Dean, yes I am happy with the new system and in particular with the very pleasant way we have worked together on this purchase and its installation. Guillermo is a most charming person and his knowledge and assistance have been invaluable. Hector and he worked steadily and made sure that they kept me abreast of the progress. When it came time to make a decision about the studio duct replacement , he explained clearly what was involved. As a result I could prepare the site and reach a decision fast. I had absolutely no sleepless nights about this. On the contrary, the entire process was transparent and amicable. I do appreciate your efforts to "work with me," on obtaining rebates and credits (extra work for you; Rick had to haul the old system to Sun Valley). It resulted in a more energy efficient system that was simultaneously affordable. What supports this evaluation is the inspectors ready signing off on the work and his comment that It is was good work and that my outside condenser was of high quality. Of course, I like that re-assurance. I would recommend your company enthusiastically, without any hesitation. By the way, Ellie was on the case both before and after I signed the contract. Dean and Kilowatt..., Thank you so much for the incredible job your company did installing my new A/C and heating system. Rick Gomez was WONDERFUL, so friendly and professional, and all his guys were top notch. Everyone worked with speed and efficiency, and took careful pains to protect my home during the process. I cant believe how clean they would leave the workstation, even when just leaving to go to lunch. I stayed home while the work was done (it forced me to do my taxes), and sometimes I even forgot there was a crew in the house. Everyone was so polite and respectful, I was amazed how un-disrupting it was. I thank all involved for a stellar job. I look forward to using my new A/C as it gets hotter and hotter...

My experience at the proposal level was extremely poor. Failed to inspect equipment properly and claimed that house furnace, AC and guesthouse heater all had to be replaced. I was not even presented with the option to repair/service. Other reputatable contractor confirmed that equipment is fine, just needs an additional return air duct and servicing. Total cost $995 vs. $16,600 from Kilowatt. The salesman kept dropping names of celebrities and saying how good their service is. Regardless of the quality of their service, if they are pushing the installation of unnecessary equipment for their own profit, that is unethical. Beware of this outfit!

Our job was completed yesterday and we couldnt be happier. We were given a quote on Saturday and the work started Tuesday. They stayed true to their quote and any additional work needed was advised and agreed upon (including pricing). The workers were EARLY each day and took particular care to cover floors, furniture, etc., swept up and cleared all trash away daily. The work done was A+ and our new unit is saving us money as we speak. Dean is a pleasure to work with, answers his phone everytime and keeps in constant contact regarding the progress of the job.

There when I need them! I really like this company. Over the years I have called Kilowatt for service probably 7 or 8 times. Im not great about maintenance and my system is old. My furnce stopped working last week and I thought it might be the final gasp. An unexpected expense right now with the holidays would be a drag. But they got it running for me. I consider their prices to be very fair. I know I will have to put a new furnace in eventually but I hope to get one more year out of this one. When its time I will definitely have Kilowatt do the work.

I have used this company for 2 big jobs on 2 separate occasions. One was for a new electrical panel and the other was for a new air conditioning unit. I was very pleased with both projects. They are honest, offer fair pricing and clean. Recently, in this heat wave, our air conditioning unit went out. They were able to come out the next day to take care of us. Franky was the technician. He was both down to earth and professional. Also, very knowledgable. I highly recommend this company. I have always been taken care of in a timely manner.

AC unit started crashing out during that ridiculous heat wave a few weeks ago (Ya know, the 118 degrees in mid-June?). Called my current service company and they couldnt fit me in until July 6th. Needless to say my wife and dogs were not happy over the weekend of June 16-17. Called back following Monday to be "wait listed" and never heard back. Gave up after a few days and called Kilowatt. Explained the situation and they got someone out within hours of calling on June 23rd. Fantastic! Just wish I had called sooner.

I havent reviewed a contractor/equipment company on the web before... and I am on the whole not a big fan of contractors. Dean however was very honest and his guys did a great job installing our ac and heating unit. He was to the point, no long sales pitches told us what the situation was (thank you for not wasting my time.) . We had a slight problem over 9 months later and they sent someone out for free, no questions asked to inspect and fix the situation. Thank you! I highly recommend this company.

Called company and spoke to Betty. Made appt and they said they will be there by 8pm (this was at 9am) At 5:30 pm betty called back and said cant come out as promised and that she will call me no later than 8:30 next day to give me time .Neither she or any other company rep EVER called and to this day have called (days later). Dont trust this company they pick and choose who they want to service and never call others. Not a good way of doing business especially in the community you are in.

After becoming very dissatisfied with another company we called Kilowatt Heating Air and they moved in and got the job done. From their service personal, the sales staff, and the office team, we have received quality work and professional attendance to our needs and answers to our questions. We highly recommend this company and their staff.

I called to get an estimate for a new ac unit for my townhouse. Then, the owner showed up in my home in less than 15 minutes. We bought 3 new high quality units in our HOA. Now kilowatt takes care of the maintenance through their maintenance club they sold to us. All 3 units are working excellent and we are very happy with their professional experience how they take care of their customers.

My heater went out over the weekend I called Kilowatt and within 10 minutes Dean the owner called me back and came right over. My heater was in need of being repaired but I wanted to replace it since it was 25 years old Dean came back Monday with Guillermo and little Hector and replaced it. His price was fair and they were really clean. Thanks for a good job.
