If there were no stars available that would be what I prefer. The customer service is horrible. I brought a few garments and 3 CREAM pillow cases from Pottery Barn (which embroidered sea life-not cheap). There was a stain in a 1 of the pillow cases. So we made sure they were aware of it. When we went to pick up the items, it was just in with everything else NOT in the front with a note stating they could not remove stain(which would have made sense). Also the pillow was now bleach WHITE in comparison to the other 2. So they kept the white to try & remove stain again but could not. The lady never tried to find a compromise or a way solve the problem, maybe at least figure a way to match all the pillow cases. HORRIBLE experience never deal with these people-very expensive!

Im a costumer for a very long time, never have a problem, my clothes always on time, if a need in a hurry i know i can count with them, good service, good prices and good people, especialy Jenny, she always has a smile.

Always pleasant, call to double check on any alterations before moving forward to make sure accurate instructions. Have used since 2005.
