STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible! Ive used them 8-10 times over the years. Last year they returned a cashmere sweater I had dry cleaned with holes in it. I let it slide, everyone makes mistakes. Today they ruined a pair of $150 jeans. 4-5 big white fade streaks (on dark blue jeans) across the front of the jeans from where they pressed them too hard. The owner made no offer/attempt, whatsoever to rectify the situation (e.g., to reimburse me some portion of the cost of the garment, give a store credit for some free dry cleaning etc. or anything). Just said it wasnt their problem and to "contact my government." Lost my business for sure and hopefully yours if you like your clothes....
