Ruined a sport coat of mine. clearly went through the wash and the owner replied to my complaint with "you know nothing about dry cleaning--- it did not go through the wash." They did give me a 30 dollar credit. The sport coat cost 500.

Beware! They just ruined 10 curtains of mine I brought for dry cleaning. thousands dollars of curtains ruined. :( I didnt notice until after a month when I hung them back up again. and they said good luck we wont pay.
