After years of good service, I can no longer recommend Rose Cleaners. Earlier this year I took several expensive shirts to have cleaned, as I have done off and on for about six years. This time, one of the shirts came back with a cut through one of the cuffs, as if it had been cut while the shirt was flat. The cut goes all the way through to the inside of the cuff. I noticed the cut as soon as I took it out of the dry cleaning bag. It was a new shirt that I had worn once and then had cleaned. It did not have a cut on the cuff when I took it in to be cleaned. Numerous attempts to get the staff and management of Rose Cleaners to take responsibility have failed. Instead, they have accused me of lying and of cutting the shirt myself. They have suggested that because I didnt notice the cut as soon as I took the shirts home its my fault -- as if its not normal to keep your clothes in their dry cleaning plastic until you want to wear them. They say that its impossible to have happened in their facilities -- and I say its impossible for it to have happened in my house, with the bag still in the plastic, and the plastic itself uncut. Its not like I have some track record as a complainer. Ive never had a problem with their service before. Ive never complained to them before about anything. Rose Cleaners should have owned up to the possibility that its their fault and made it right. But its too late now. Theyve lost my business and, hopefully, yours, too.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Theyre overpriced and a have horrible customer service. Theyve ruined several shirts that Ive brought in and claimed the shirts were already damaged. I warned my wife not to use this dry cleaners and since she always sees the best in everyone, she gave them a chance. Sure enough, they ruined her brand new blouse. She brought the blouse in with tags on and all. She went to pick up the blouses and one of them was covered in ink stains. They told her the blouse came in that way. Same load of bull they feed me when theyve ruined my dress shirts "oh the button was mission when you brought it in" or "oh that hole was already there". We are surprised this place is still in business. Shady business practices wont get you far.

I had been a customer here for years. Until they lost my favorite dress I had only worn once. After a months worth of phone calls and in-store visits they offered me $40 worth of store credit for a $100 dress and no apology. At one point, I was told to "go check my closet" for it. Ridiculous. This is the WORST customer service I have had in a very long time. Dont go there unless you want to kiss your stuff goodbye.

Great Customer Service!!!! i have been to this store several times for dry cleaning of my leather jacket, and alteration of my expencive pants, skirts.... Everytime they made me feel safe, happy with their service and excellent job. Especially the Manager named Hidi(?) showed very warm customer service manner all the time. I strongly recommend this store for drycleaning and alteration.

Used to live across the street and use these guys all the time. Moved about 15 minutes away a year ago and still prefer to drive to these guys than use places nearby. They are quick and consistent. Other places Ive tried are much slower, more expensive and have ruined my clothes. Highly recommend them.

I have been to this cleaners couple of times past month ,ITS perfect and I have always been pleased with the results of alterations and the their services... and mr.hadi was so kind to us.. i will just take all of my work clothes to the rose dry cleaners. they are perfect

I do all of my alterations here as Sandra is just the best. She is a perfectionist and I have always been pleased with the results. I highly recommend this place for alterations.

Ive gotten four suits altered here. They have all came back perfect. Dry Cleaning service is excellent as well.
