If I could give them zero stars I would. Strike 1) Clothes not ready when they said they would be, went back a couple of times and then only some of the items were ready Strike 2) Two items were blatantly not cleaned and just put back on a hangers Strike 3) They called days later to tell me the item that they didnt originally have ready, couldnt be cleaned. (Why didnt they tell me this the other two times I tried to pick up items?) Strike 4) Had to argue to get money I prepaid for items that were never cleaned. Strike 5) Not one apology. Not even "Have a nice day" Strike 6) Not only did they not do their job they wasted my time, my money and because of their errors ruined the possibility of wearing any of the items to scheduled events (the whole reason why I brought the items to be cleaned right?) PS: I brought all the items--the dirty-never-cleaned items, the item they say they couldnt do and the items that were barely a passing-grade for being cleaned to another cleaner. They happily dry cleaned all my items correctly the first time and on time. Save your time, your money and your patience and skip doing business with Relaxx cleaners.

These guys, If you need help - dont hesitate - get them on their way to your home! The entire organization here from the owners to the front desk employees are awesome! They understand the important little things that separate average cleaners from excellent cleaners. Relaxx Restoration/ Relaxx Cleaners stands alone as the best cleaner in San Diego. * Highly flexible : Packed out all of our clothing after a fire and had our emergency clothing back to us inorder for us to work and live. * Excellent customer service : Everyone I have talked to over the phone or in person were polite, patient, and communicative. * Worked very well with my insurance company and valued the items which could not be restorable. Have not had a single bad experience here yet. Highly recommended friends! Great quality, great price and a local family-run business. You cant beat that. Thank you for being here when we needed you! We hope we never have another disaster, but if we do, youre the only one we will call.

Its a rare pleasure now-a-days to come upon a dry cleaner that actually does what they say they will do, time after time, after time, after time, AND with razor sharp creases! They treat your clothing, as if they owned it, and if they say theyll be there.....THEY ARE!!! Even though we have dry cleaning establishments in and around Kensington...Ill remain loyal to my new found cleaner, RELAXX!! J.M. Keller P.S. And to those that have undergone some difficulties in the past....it happens, that is called an "accident" and Ive had them with each and every dry cleaner Ive used for over 60 years.!! . that is the reason we gave RELAXX a try in the first place! Relaxx does good work. I wish I could give 5 stars, but they also miss some things. First, on a couple occasions, they totally didnt pick up my clothes. No problem - I get it - sometimes things get messed up. But the reason they get docked a couple stars is that (a) I sent them two follow up emails and never got a response and (b) when I finally called in to arrange another pickup, they didnt even apologize. That was a bummer. A few changes on customer service protocol would go a long way towards Relaxx knocking it out of the park. Again, they do good work, but need some adjustment on customer service. I believe that, over time, they will improve. Im sticking with them.

WASTE OF TIME. Had my jacket for 4 DAYS before they called to tell me they couldnt do it. When i first took it in they said they would have it done 2 days later. When I went back in, it wasnt even touched. They PROMISED it would be done the next day, as I was going out of town, but right before I was going to pick it up the "woman upstairs" called and said they cant do the jacket. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW 4 DAYS AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF. Yes, the girl at the front was nice, but they obviously dont communicate with each other AT ALL.

Relaxx Dry Cleaning is reliable and efficient, not to mention their great services. I have been going there for my dry clean since last December, and I am very happy and appreciate their job. They have never let me down. The staff are friendly they know how to do their work. You just need to drop your laundry then come back within a day or couple days. Its faster than any other places and their price is pretty standard. I really like Relaxx Dry Cleaning, I hope we can continue stay business together.

I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new dry cleaners. Relaxx was one of the first places that popped up on Google so I decided I would give them a try. The owner was very friendly and accommodated all of my requests (I have several expensive suits I did not want to get ruined). They had all of my stuff ready within 3 days and I was very happy with the results. I will be using Relaxx from now on. Thanks guys.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CLEANERS I HAVE EVER USED! they lost items and mixed items up and blamed it on ME! wouldnt replace items, & wouldnt refund me. many of the items i did get back were shrunken by their dry clean only process as well! I AM NOT THE ONLY 1 I HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY PEOPLE WHO THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. ---DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER--

The convenience of Relaxxs pick-up and drop-off service might alone be reason to recommend them, but they also provide great results: they got a pomegranate juice stain out of a beloved blouse, and the clothes are never left with chemical smell that can sometimes happen with dry cleaning. Id recommend them to anyone.

Called them at 4ish in the afternoon about picking them up by end of the next day, they said no problem at all. Slacks shirt and tie, nothing crazy, washed and pressed, ready to go on time for about 15 bucks, entirely reasonable. Service was friendly and efficient.
