I brought in a swade coat, picked it up a week later, took it home and found that it hadnt been touched. It was filthy!! It was as if they just put a plastic bag over it and called it cleaned. I took it back and asked for a refund. They wouldnt give me my money back but said they would clean it AGAIN. I picked it up a few days later and it wasnt satisfactory. Im outraged, for they should have told me from the beginning that it couldnt been cleaned. I basically wasted $40.00 (it would have been $50.00, but I had a coupon). Ill never bring my cloths there again, neither will all my friends or family!

This is in response to Mathew Vyse, Mr Vyse, I do not know where you might have had cleaning done, but Most all Plants are shut down for running Items by around Noon. They start Early! The general rule applies, in by 9am can generally be out by 5pm. There are NO plants in this area that could/would have been likely to have done what you wanted. Please review based on actual use of the Dry cleaner, not on the inability to perform a miracle. I will not rate this establishment. this program forces me to rate so it gets a 0 not because of bad service but because I will not rate them.

Ive had pretty good service from this place; my clothes have always been ready when it was expected. I have not had to have anything other than clothing drycleaned, so this is the only context for review that I can provide. I like the reserved parking spots in front of the business, which saves you from having yonhaul clothes a far distance, especially if the weather is bad.

I tried to use "One Hour Martinzing" as I needed something cleaning within 3 hours and what was their response? "No". I confirmed that the phrase ONE HOUR was in fact in the company title and she explained that, "Sorry we dont press today". 2 pm on a Wednesday and not working? What are they? Corrupt government officials? Never going there again.

I think they provide pretty nice service. In 3 years had only one issue with a shirt that was damaged (stuff happens). I called the store brought in the shirt and was immediately taken care of by the staff working the desk and got a call from the owner just a couple hours later to remedy the situation to my complete satisfaction...

I used 2 different cleaners in Boise over 8 years and had broken and missing buttons on a regular basis. This business has yet to break a single button in a year and a half of 3-4 shirts per week. I think they do a good job, plus the service quick and on time.

I opened another batch of shirts and again I am disappointed. It is like they just starched and ironed my shirts with no cleaning. I will not be back!

Apparently 1 hour only applies if you bring in items before 12. Nothing like a lazy business to make me take mine elsewhere

Probably good dry cleaning for regular suits but absolutely terrible for military clothing. Do not go!
