Veribest Cleaners is the best dry cleaner that I have ever used. I wanted to write a review for Veribest Cleaners since I have been using their service for about a year. I could not be more impressed. I highly recommend them. I give Veribest Cleaners on average three business outfits a week to clean. I can trust that my clothes will be cleaned, pressed and packaged extremely well. I like that Veribest does not cut corners. Clothes are cleaned on-site in-house using green earth-friendly technology. It is important to me to support local business and to know that I am reducing my carbon footprint. I highly recommend Veribest Cleaners.

They say quality comes with a price. I have been to high end cleaners and low end cleaners. Nothing compares to Veribest Cleaners. Prices are EXTREMELY fair and they deliver! I send in my clothes to Veribest Cleaners on a weekly basis. I have been doing this for over 15-years and have NEVER sent anything back or have had any issues. The owner John takes care of everyone. Found this place a few months ago when I moved back to K-Town and needed something in between home and work. The service is great! They pack your clothes neatly and your clothes come out looking like new. Parking can be hard sometimes but I try to go early on weekends or I park in the metered parking (a bit of extra walking never hurt anybody). I think its cool that it has a Starbucks. I drop off my clothes and pick up my morning coffee all at the same time. I just learned they do alterations so I plan on taking some pants to get hemmed.

John and his staff are fantastic - excellent customer service, prompt cleaning, reasonable prices and open 7 days a week. We had an issue with belongings that had been exposed to mold toxins/spores (were highly allergic) and he was able to thoroughly clean them so we didnt have to replace a single item. Such a relief! Bonus - we were given a generous discount. Highly recommend this dry cleaners - when in the area we wont go anywhere else.

Service is always friendly. Weve had two experiences when we needed clothes to be ready at a specific time (before business trips), and they werent. In one case a stain "appeared" during the cleaning process. They never offered to compensate us or discount the cleaning even though it wasnt ready when promised.
