Madsens always does an excellent job for me. Last week somehow a couple of drops of something (maybe butter) fell onto a new suit I was wearing. IThe spots were very visible. I was dropping off several shirts that morning and asked them if they could get the spots out of my suit. He said get the jacket. I grabbed the jacket out of my car and they cleaned it while I waited. No spots, nothing, not even slightly noticeable. They are the best around and always remember my name. I appreciate that.

They dont tell you the price at dropoff, and are Signifigantly more expensive than many other drycleaners. When I got home, I noticed several of my items had a tag that basically said "sorry we were unable to clean this, just thought youd like to know". I mean seriously now? Any trustworthy business wouldve told me to my face. Two stars, because their saving grace is they are freaky fast, and actually very nice. But, shouldnt have to sacrifice qualityn for speed.

Service was fine, but we got an awful clean. We took in my two suits and a jacket to get cleaned. The jacket came out ok, but both my suits got messed up. One of them has a lump of fabric on the interior which wont go away and I cant untangle, and the other one has a button thats half broken off. Its like they put them in a giant box of crap and then just pulled and pulled until they came out or something. If your stuff gets ruined, dont say I didnt warn you.

I came here because I needed something dry cleaned fast (and it really wasnt even that that fast, I came in on a Monday and needed it by end of day Wednesday) and another drycleaner was going to charge me an extra $7 to get it in time. I came here and their standard service is to get it to you by the next day. They can get it to you same day if you come in early enough. It was a bit more expensive than the other place, but the service was worth it.

Worst customer service experience ever. First they completely ruined my wifes dress and didnt even tell us when we picked it up. Fine, crap happens but fess up and tell us. Second, when we tried to talk to them about the problem they keep telling us that we need to talk to someone who is never there. Seriously, do not do business with this company! They are terrible!

Most importantly, they are knowledgeable and careful in their care of different types of fabrics. And Karen is the best! Madsens are by far the best drycleaners in Utah county. They are courteous, prompt and they do a fantastic job. We have gone to Madsens for the past 15 years and have never had a problem. My parents used Madsens for almost 50 years and they never had any problems. They are the best!!

madsens does a fantastic job. there was something on my husbands suit coat that was tough to get out - they did it three times in order to make it perfect. they are super fast, reliable and very friendly. i would pay the extra to go there any day.

I have always been pleased with Madsens. The employees are helpful and friendly. Not necessarily the cheapest but worth the price. Several times I have forgot items in my pockets and they are always returned. I highly recommend.

Ive only been once but I had a positive experience. I dropped off some pants to be dry cleaned and a shirt to be laundered. They both came back looking great and the seams on the pants matched their previous position.

They are super fast. They can have stuff ready for the next day with no extra charge while in other places like BYU Laundry you have to wait for 3 or so business days. Best kept secret when it comes to dry cleaning!
