I have been taking my shirts to be laundered and pressed for almost 4 years now. In that 4 years they did ruin a shirt, but offered to credit my account or replace it. Was very satisfied with the outcome. I do leave items in my pockets quite often. When I do they always leave them in a ziplock bag. Even cash that Ive left. Have always had great service and will continue to use them.

After taking my comforter in it came back filthy covered in pet hair and dust. We dont have pets so I dont see where all the pet hair and dust came from. Obviously they are not cleaning or even taking the time to check the the products and making sure its clean. Horrible service.

Turned in comforter for cleaning. They did a great job in removing all smells and stains. Reasonably priced.
