The only reason this gets one star is because I cannot give it 0 stars. They tore up the bottom hem of a leather jacket. There are several chuncks missing out of the hem like it got caught in a machine and yanked out. The person was flippant about the damage and claimed that it was that way all the time and I just didnt notice it; which is not the case because I inspect my clothes before dropping them off at the cleaners so that I can be sure to tell them about any stains or loose buttons that need to be fixed.

I love this drycleaners. The people are friendly, and the service is fast. They are a little more pricey than some other places close by, but I have NEVER had a problem with quality our service. OTHER PLACES have lost my clothes, or given them to other customers, who never return them. Once the OTHER PLACE gave me someone elses clothes, which I of course returned. ALL STAR DRY CLEARNERS really makes you feel appreciated for your business and they know the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT.

Ive tried most cleaners on this side of town and have decided that all star have the best combination of price, speed, and quality. Ill be bringing all of my dry cleaning here from now on and would recommend them to anyone.
