ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE. I dropped off 6 or 7 shirts and 3 pairs of pants upon arriving into Boise from Alaska. Dropped them off at 10am. They told me they wouldnt be ready until the next day after 5. No problem. They charge you for the dropoff bag $6. Which if they knew how to run a business they would realize what a revenue stream these bags were for them and give them to customers. Came back the day after my actual pickup date as my schedule permitted. My laundry had appeared to "just arrived" and wasnt in a plastic bag yet. She bagged it in front of me. I asked for heavy starch, and I barely see starch at all. There were all kinds of bends (almost creases) in the front of the shirts. And I swear some of the pants still had a few dirty spots on them. Massively overpriced. Same load was $14 or $15 in high priced Alaska. And the kicker? They lost a shirt. Which they told me "just hadnt arrived yet". 1 week later they still didnt have it and had lied to both my wife and I several times about its whereabouts. Its 100 degrees out. We have 1 car and my wife is literally walking down there every day to babysit them about my shirt for a week just to be lied to. Unreal. Never again.

Ive gone here a few times, previous staff were very friendly. However, most recently it was quite disappointing. The machines were down, I needed my clothes, and had no cash. The girl didnt seem overly concerned. She just said cash only. When I said I didnt have any, she then simply said sorry and I finally had to ask for my ticket back after I told her I didnt have cash. I understand sometimes things happen. But considering I needed my outfits right away, had to take more time to get there thanks to construction around the nearby roads to that location, I wasnt happy. Upon returning the 2nd time to grab the outfits I couldnt get before, I asked if they even accommodate their customers when this happens with any sort of compensation. She said no, their internet was just down so its full price. Thanks. So, I think Ill be going elsewhere.

I dropped off five new shirts that had never been previously laundered or cleaned (immediately from the package) and received the shirt back with markings on the cuff. I informed them that it had never been worn and asked them to take out the stain. When I picked up the shirt it had several marks on the cuffs. The owner had told the employee to let me know that "nothing they use would have caused the marking". I didnt appreciate having the blame placed on me. All I asked for was the shirt to be cleaned again not made worse and blamed on me. I was spending $30 a week on dry cleaning with Comet. No more... Why have I never seen this "owner" of a family business? I can accept an apology and move on but I wont tolerate blame where blame is not due.

I took some of my clothes in last week, and just wanted to say I really appreciated the service. They were very friendly, easy to talk to, and so quick to get my items done. Great place to go!
